Chopping Board Handmade From Sustainable Olive Wood

This chopping board is handmade from sustainable sources of exceptional quality olive wood from the Greek Island of Lesvos. Each piece is unique with a smooth work surface. Due to the high density of the olive wood, it does not easily scratch or stain. 

Owing to its beautiful appearance, as well as a chopping board, it can also be used as a statement piece ​​serving a variety of dishes for both indoors or al fresco dining.

Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine.

Olive wood is renowned for being durable giving it a long life span. To take care of your olive wood products, use olive oil and a soft cloth to oil the surfaces of the wood which will bring the grain's natural beauty alive. Let the product sit and absorb the oil for a few hours.

Established in 1989, Mirsini Prodromou runs a small family business in the north-east of the city of Mytilini, Pamfila, on the Greek Island of Lesvos. Each product is meticulously handmade from sustainable sources of olive wood.
