A timeless handmade terracotta cooking pot made in Greece. This terracotta cooking pot marries ancestral techniques and traditions with contemporary simplicity. 

Terracotta's gentle heat distributes evenly, coaxing out natural flavours while building warmth that lingers long after plating. The glaze layer shields against oil and liquid absorption, keeping your pot healthier and maintenance-free.

Oven and dishwasher safe.

Before using the ceramic pot, it is recommended to place it in warm water for at least 20 minutes, being completely submerged inside and out, including the lid. Wash thoroughly, drain and it is then ready for cooking. This only needs to be done before the first use, after this you can use the product normally.

The more you use the product the more 'cured' it will become and better it gets.

Recommended oven cooking temperature: 200-200c. 

Terracotta is a very good conductor of heat and requires relatively little heat, always use low heat with large diameter dishes. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.

Care cleaning instructions: it is recommended not to use strong detergents or coarse brush. Rinse well after washing.
